cid.CodecToStr was removed in go-cid v0.2.0 (ipfs/go-cid#137), but go-ipfs-http-client still depends on cid.CodecToStr: https://github.com/ipfs/go-ipfs-http-client/blob/v0.3.1/dag.go#L59
