This adds support and test coverage for
repo.gcandrepo.stat, the tworepoAPI methods supported by IPFS v0.4.1.Support for other
repomethods available in IPFS v0.4.2 depends on a pending update to the js-ipfsd-ctl dev dependency: ipfs/js-ipfsd-ctl#80
