This pr makes the cache more dynamic (finally)
It also uses the cache to dispatch delete events with the cached object (discord's data can be gotten through
on_raw_X_delete)on_X_updateevents have also been changed, it now dispatches the previously cached object as well as the new oneThis pr is a breaking change
