Add tests for more complex MLP workload on GPU

Demonstrate more complex workloads on GPU. We want to incorporate multi-tiling for larger matmuls(3 nested tiling loops), with pre-fusion(fill) and post-fusion(add/relu) to better exhibit real life workloads.
