Here, I've added the vendor mismatch information for python's zstandard under pypi namespace.
Should be merged after #4236.

This looks like it's just data and I could merge it now so you have it ready for later. Is there a reason it needs to wait until #4236 is merged?

Script is triggered when the data/** directory is updated, so if we merge this afterwards, it'll populate the mismatch database.
