LeetCodeSubmit returning 'run code' / 'test' output instead of submission output

Looking at my debug logs, I can see the response does not contain a judge_type to make the decision

Instead, I noticed that submit and run code return two differently formatted submission_id values.

Opening pull request to fix this at least on my end.
