Feature Request

Support for http_proxy environment variables by default. This is something gRPC Core supports and I'm unable to replicate manually. https://grpc.github.io/grpc/core/md_doc_core_default_http_proxy_mapper.html. I've had some success with hyper-http-proxy, but unable to proxy mtls certs (separate issue).
