Just spotted today that if you go to https://developer.hashicorp.com/terraform/language the nav bar on the left has a link that says "Upgrading to Terraform v1.10" that links to https://developer.hashicorp.com/terraform/language/upgrade-guides but that page is titled "Upgrading to Terraform v1.12". The nav bar seems to be correct for all other versions of Terraform, just not the most recent one.
