Are the public key/address generated by NewBitcoinKey compatible with lightning network?

Good evening. First i'd like to thank you for share the code with us.
I am intend to create a set of public key/address like as showed in this tutorial:
"www.swansontec.com/bitcoin-dice.html"
However I have only one question before starting:
Are the public key/address generated by NewBitcoinKey compatible with lightning network?

I don't know much about the lightning network. The little I know makes me think this library is NOT compatible.

Also I notice you wrote NewBitcoinKey. That is the name used in a very old version of this library, which I won't support anymore.

I think what do i need is to create a bech32 address for this.
