Tweak GUI overview capitalization and adjust translations
This capitalizes the letter "T" in "Recent Transactions" from the overview page and updates the localization metadata keys for that entry and for the entry for "Current Polls" which originally read "Current Poll:". Since the meanings of the phrases didn't change, this preserves the existing translations for those entries.
