Unable to install package

• Yes, I'm using a binary release within 2 latest major releases. Only such installations are supported.
• Yes, I've searched similar issues on GitHub and didn't find any.
• Yes, I've included all information below (version, config, etc).

Can't install package:

Updated to version 1.25.1. For a project it did worked. However for another project I got this error:

Could you please advise @ernado ? I tried commenting linters but did not solve it.

It works via GO111MODULE=on go get github.com/golangci/golangci-lint/cmd/golangci-lint.

BTW: do not use -u flag to upgrade dep because of https://github.com/tetafro/godot v0.4.2 break changes from v0.3.7
