I'd like to apply for +2 rights for use in the riscv64 specific parts of Go. I have been contributing to the riscv64 port of Go consistently for the past 18 months, submitting patches, entering proposals and reviewing many of the riscv64 patches that have been submitted during this period.

I support this +2 request - Mark has also reviewed a significant number of CLs in the last year or so, and provides thoughtful and thorough review, in addition to having a good understanding of the RISC-V architecture.
