Start at: http://code.google.com/p/go/issues/list
Select "All issues" from the Search drop-down list.
Click on the Search button.

Error 500 (Server Error)!!1

This error has been accepted by Google Project Hosting support.

What are we supposed to do with this bug?
The code.google.com people know about this, according to the link you already found. 
I'm closing this because it's not actionable from our point of view.

Because of this issue, only open issues were available in Go issue tracker searches.
When there is an error with the Go, one of the first things to do is look at the Go
issue tracker to see if anyone else has encountered the problem. This issue tells you
that there is a recognized problem that affects Go users and what its status is.
The issue doesn't have to be an issue that the Go team can solve to be included in the
Go issue tracker, just an issue that Go users should be aware of. For example, Ubuntu's
problem with the gold linker affects Go users.
