https://docs.gitea.io/installation/install_from_binary.html is 404.

Maybe it will be:
https://docs.gitea.io/en-us/install-from-binary/
or
https://dl.gitea.io/gitea

And the words "not the 'gobuild' version" in the message may not be needed.
