Enable auto_merge_enabled as PR trigger

Hello!

I think it would be very great if Gitea could support the Github PR trigger "auto_merge_enabled". My team and I are using a last check on PR to make sure it deploys well on a system and want to merge only if this last commit is successful. We only test on "the last check" though and at the moment we don't have any possibility to do this. Enabling merge_queue would be also a possibility, but I think this is far way more work, therefore the question, would it be hard to implement the on auto_merge_enabled button last check?

I think current auto merge UI is very confusing.

The button should be blue, and once clicked:

• Auto merge enabled
• Show "The PR will be merged automatically when all check passed."
• Show cancel auto merge button. --- like what it is doing now
• The button turns red showing "Force to merge..." to offer user to manual override.
