Some questions about removed workflows

Description

Rename the current workflow filename:

The old one will not be listed (probably not an issue):

We can use the filter, so maybe we can add removed workflow in the list?

And we can enable/disable it: (maybe an issue? removed workflow will automatically be disabled and can not be enabled again?)

And we can rerun the jobs belongs to this removed workflow (probably not an issue?)
