Problem to solve

Following the proposal in #7500, currently there's no way to disable telemetry through the user interface while installing Gitpod.

Proposal

A good first MVC (minimum viable change) could be to include a way to disable telemetry after installing Gitpod. ➿

Next steps could include allow disabling telemetry also through the admin dashboard, see #7531.
