New project created page

After creating a new project, users may not always want to open a workspace.

This is related to #7088 (see question 2)

Let's show a page to announce successful creation of the project, with buttons to [Open Workspace] or go [Back to Dashboard].

                 Project Created

       [Open Workspace]   [Back to Dashboard]

This will be useful to keep in mind for other future options like [Create another Project] or even an option to [Configure].
We could also add aditional explanatory text, or links to docs, but I would start simple.

Nit: Putting the project name and team name on separate lines looks weird / kind of like a UI bug. Couldn't they be on the same line?

What we have now is the following (2 samples below)

@jankeromnes do you think these are more usable than the previous layout (with project and team on 2 lines, and with just the word in <team> instead of in team <team>?

My intuition is the having 2 lines is a bit easier to use.
