Link to the project when there's an associated project from the workspaces list

Problem to solve

Back in #4966 we added Projects for individual accounts. However, we're still listing workspaces and link back to the repository instead of the project itself.

Proposal

If there's a associated project below each account, link back to the project when there's an associated project.
