Highlight active team on the teams dropdown list

Problem

Currently, when opening the teams dropdown list there's no indicator for which team has been selected within the dropdown list.

This is a follow up issue from #4471.

Proposal

Use bg-gray-50 for indicating the actively selected team and bg-gray-100 for the hover state.
