[Dashboard] Project/Prebuilds Page

On the project's page we want to have a tab "Prebuilds" that shows the list of prebuilds.
Each entry should show

• the branch name (PR/MR if existing)
• trigger time
• triggered (user)
• status (queued, cancelled, running, errorred, ready, etc.)
  Clicking an entry should bring the user to the Prebuild Page
