Redirect back to /workspaces when selecting a different org when users are viewing project related pages

Following up from #16164 (comment), when users are viewing project related pages and select a different org, the dashboard redirects to an error page.

@svenefftinge: It now properly changes to the "unknown project" when switching. It should redirect to /projects or so if no such project exists. But let's do this in a follow up.
