A Non-Empty Field on the Create a Team Page Results in a Error Stating The Field is Empty

Bug description

After inputting text into the team name text field on the https://gitpod.io/teams/new page and clicking on the Create Team button I see the error message - Team name cannot be empty.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to https://gitpod.io/teams/new
2. Input 'Personal' into the text field and click on the Create Team button.
3. Swap out 'Personal' for 'Gitpod' and click on the Create Team button.
4. Observe the error message - Team name cannot be empty

Expected behavior

I would expect the error "Team name cannot be empty" not to be displayed since there is text in the team name text field.

Actually, you don't need to swap the team name, clicking the Create Team button twice can help reproduce this error.
