+To make use of this, first build and install CLBlast with the DNETLIB=ON CMake flag set to enable the Netlib API. Then follow the instructions above to build `whisper.cpp` but replacing ```WHISPER_CLBLAST=1 or -DWHISPER_CLBLAST=ON``` with ```WHISPER_CLBLAST_NETLIB=1 or -DWHISPER_CLBLAST_NETLIB=ON```
