I got this configuring error after running "cmake -B build", anyone knows how to solve this problem?

This looks like the .git directory is missing from the directory that you are building in (if the directory has been copied excluding hidden directories to a different location, or if the .git directory has been moved this message will be displayed). The reason for this is that ggml/CMakeLists.txt uses git --rev-list and this is where the error originates from.

then i download the version 1.7.5 whisper.cpp and compiled with self-compiled gcc 8.5.0,the completion finished successfully.
