Steps to repro:

  1. Get DevTools at f4b1e3017a123861bb83ffdfa9c90119dd413621
  2. cd packages/devtools_app
  3. Run dart run integration_test/run_tests.dart --target=integration_test/test/live_connection/export_snapshot_test.dart
