Improve underlying projects

We rely on community projects now and we can help drive positive changes in them.
A few ideas:

• WebpackDevServer should emit friendly messages instead of "Bundle is not VALID/INVALID"
• Documentation of ESLint Plugin React rules could be improved with rationale and examples
• It should be possible to remove hot reloading logs

Let’s use this thread to keep track of these improvements.

There’s been some awesome work in this direction, and it continues.
Closing as this issue is not very helpful by itself.
