MInor Doc Updates

First time reading through the docs and noticed a few discrepancies. Mostly minor updates to page titles and maintaining consistency across section headers. Aside from those, there were a couple oddities in the Type/Index Inference documentation.

I haven't, but briefly, gone through the NEST Core -> Filter DSL sub-sections although some of the page titles are off as well. I can update those as well if preferred.

You should have a CLA for me. I submitted one before I sent the pull request but let me know if for whatever reason it didn't go through and I'll re-submit.
