[FEATURE] Add support for calling ingest pipeline (CRUD) endpoints

Could you support methods for ingest pipeline API?
https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/current/ingest-apis.html

Especially the Create/Update, Get and Delete APIs.

I cannot find such methods in latest client 8.0.4
