CSS Fixes for the Docs

Until we redesign the docs for real, we should override the styles in the doc css that just aren't working:

• Table and example titles are totally disproportionate to the heading styles.
• Heading styles don't clearly represent the hierarchy
• Insert your pet peeve here...

More of an enhancement than a fix, but here's an issue I opened because I'd like us to have a widget for displaying platform-specific commands/instructions: #260

More space between graphic and body text. Currently next line of body text looks like a table footer.

The added/deprecated tags render differently, depending on if there's additional text or not. If there's additional text, the notice appears quite large. If there is no additional text, the notice appears smaller. Maybe there are usage guidelines (such as always use decriptive text), but including here so we can evaluate.

Color! A little spot color - headings, bullets, rules, ... would go a long way to add visual interest and break up the gray wall of text.

It would be great if users could expand images in the docs. We are limited in how much screen real-estate we have for images and diagrams, but some of the diagrams are complex and an exploded view would be helpful. (click once to expand, click again to close)

PR #1761 closes this issue once merged.

#1761 fixed some of these issues and the overall redesign will address the others. I'll make sure that the specific suggestions mentioned here are captured in the redesign issues.
