iOS Specific Platform Directive to show Large Titles is not working

Steps to Reproduce

File -> New .NET MAUI App
Create a page with a title you'd like to be large.
Apply the Platform Specific iOS Directive to display large titles to the page like so:

<ContentPage 
...
             xmlns:ios="clr-namespace:Microsoft.Maui.Controls.PlatformConfiguration.iOSSpecific;assembly=Microsoft.Maui.Controls"
             ios:Page.LargeTitleDisplay="Always"
             Title="Large Title"
... />

The page's title will be normal sized
