- see [NETE2ESDK][Loc]The hyperlink for contents on NET 7.0.0 windows server hosting installer UI on loc OS is EN not loc link. #44613 and [NETE2ESDK]With NET 7.0.0 windows server hosting installed, the hyperlink for "here" on installer UI is 6.0 link not 7.0 link. #44615
- replace link that takes user from error messages to a 7.0.x IIS information page
- for now, 8.0.x page doesn't exist and new link still shows 7.0.x information
- new locale-independent link will redirect to localized page base on browser / OS settings
