Add "k list"

There should be a way to list all commands in project.json by using something like:

k list

If I write for example:

k something

I get:

Unable to load application or execute command 'something'. Available commands: web.

Apparently, a list of available commands exists, and I would prefer to get that list by using the list command.

The list of commands are the ones you wrote in your project.json file...

This works great if it is just entry points like the scripts property in package.json in Node.js, but shouldn't the developer be able to do more advanced tasks like with grunt in the future?

We have different kind of build tools today, but I would really prefer something like Grunt, where I could just execute "nvm install less --save-dev" and then run something like "k less".
