Description
#17213 will add a new types to handle multiplexed connections and streams. However, due to uncertainties with regards to bedrock, we'd like to make these APIs internal for now s.t. people don't consume them in 5.0.
We need to figure out:
- If we should internalize them in 5.0 (most likely yes)
- How?
- When?
