publish package:frontend_server_client

Can we publish package:frontend_server_client? The last published version has the root of this repo in it's pubspec repository field - instead of the full repo url including the monorepo path - and that's causing issues with some tooling I'm writing.

The repository field in the pubspec at head is correct - it was updated in a recent commit.

This package is only used for test in dwds, not sure if publishing it will be useful - is there any way to help the tooling without publishing?

It has been published in the past however; I assume we still want it to be a published package?

For things in the tools.dart.dev publisher, we do want them to be published at a reasonable cadence (or more specifically, we don't want very long delays between work hitting the repo and that work then being published).

If this package is not ever intended for general consumption, we can always make it an unlisted package on pub.dev (we'd still publish it, but it would not show up on searches on the pub website. it would still participate in version solves and such as regular).
