Missing error markers in Libraries view

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Open a library that contains a file with an error, or create an error in an existing library.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The error decorator should be applied to parent nodes in the Libraries view in order to make it easier to locate the files containing the errors, but it isn't.

Has this been fixed? When I introduce an error into a dart file, its container is decorated with an error marker in the Libraries view.
