Error message locations for the CFE needs to be adjusted

As a consequence of fixing dart-lang/sdk#53422 via https://dart-review.googlesource.com/c/sdk/+/329101, some error messages and the locations of those messages in existing tests are changing, and the error expectations in the following tests needs to be adjusted.
