I suggest to add AdminLTE.io CSS framework to list, and to add it's files for Bootstrap library since AdminLTE is bootstrap based and it is very hard to code anything using AdminLTE if you don't know bootstrap. And I can't imagine using AdminLTE without using bootstrap in project, even if bootstrap isn't loaded explicitly.
