cycleTriedTimes cannot increase when http downloading failed

This value of addToCycleRetry in HttpClientDownloader was not changed when downloading failed again. It must be a mistake.

I found page.addTargetRequest(request.setPriority(0).putExtra(Request.CYCLE_TRIED_TIMES, 1));without increase it.

I fixed it and it will be released in 0.5.0.
