`gate.parentPopulationId` has been removed from the API

The Nov 30, 2021 release of CellEngine removed the gate.parentPopulationId property from gates. It is still required when using POST gates?createPopulation=true to indicate the new population's position in the hierarchy, but it will not be returned by the API from GET gates or GET gates/:gateid.
