Push adder and calculator packages to bytecodealliance GHCR

For our tutorials and language guides, it would be great to be able to fetch the example packages from GHCR using wkg.

To put in registry:

• adder package
• calculator package which takes the adder package as a dependency

@ricochet could you help us push these up to the BA GHCR? Any concerns about the package naming and the implied package path in ghcr of ghcr.io/bytecodealliance/docs/adder:0.1.0? We can rename the packages if we think there is a better path.

Hi! You should have admin for this project which means you may publish packages for this repo.

We have a github action that I recommend you use: https://github.com/bytecodealliance/wkg-github-action

Documenting this part of the flow would be a really cool thing to do as well.

Thanks @ricochet. I pushed up the package using wkg. I don't think we update the wit regularly enough to use CI but that is great to reference
