[BUG] Load queries in AirRoutes-GeoNames sample only work in us-east-1 region

Describe the bug

The batch load commands in the 02-Air-Routes-GeoNames OC over RDF sample notebook do not work for graphs in AWS regions other than us-east-1, as cross-region loads are not currently supported. This should be changed to dynamically set source and region to match correct regional samples bucket.
