Makes KinesisStreamRecordSender public in order to allow for greater customization when initializing AmazonKinesisClient and KinesisRecorder.

I have a use case where I need to specifically customize the initialization of the
KinesisRecorderwith a custom client. The current package privacy ofKinesisStreamRecordSenderis preventing this.Thanks!
