I will create a markdown document.

goal is to have an inventory of all accounts/tools, like Google Workspace, Zoom, Buffer, and others with list who is mainly using, and more other details.

inventory requested by new board, but I think it is anyway, a list that should be publicly used with community. Which means I think I should add it to new docs structure and have it published as part of community docs.

@thulieblack @bandantonio can you share an opinion and advice where to locate such document in the new structure
