Description

The strong focus borders are not rotated for the first and last item

Reproduction

StackBlitz link: Stackblitz is not working at the moment, but I think my screenshots tell enough :-)

Expected Behavior

Make the focus indicator rotate for the first and alst item in a button-toggle

Actual Behavior

Wrong rotation
