Question - PDF export all filter not working, csv works.

I have client pagination and .csv exporting all and visible options work with 0 issues. My issue is that for pdf exporting only the export visible option works. Why is it that csv export can get and export the full data set but pdf export fails?

I m also facing this issue on chrome (62.0.3202.94). When I click on export pdf, it just opens new tab. I don't see any error in console.
It is working fine on safari (Version 11.0.1)
