Cursor should be 'not allow' when hover disabled selection row header

I'm not sure what issue you are having here. Could you provide a little more context so we know how to help you?

I see these line in source code, but in this example (http://ui-grid.info/docs/#/tutorial/210_selection), when click on "Set Selectable" button, row number 0 is disabled, but when we hover the row header, mouse cursor is normal.

When I inspect row header element, I found that every row header have class "ui-grid-disable-selection"
