CompositeException -> getActivity().getApplicationContext() is null

When a CompositeException occurred then the getActivity().getApplicationContext() (in getContext() method on each Fragment) or getContext()(provided by support fragment) is null.

Not sure but I think it's related with this ReactiveX/RxAndroid#21
