Example use case: during a raid, a mod can $ld / $lock / etc a channel to block any messages from being sent. The same approach can be done for other features, channel types, or even roles (removing perms, etc)

For standard Raid Protection, Tux needs:

$lock - Command to initiate a lockdown of specific channels or the entire server.

Synopsis

I'll attempt to make this though i do think Autoban might be a bit much so im wondering if i should do just autokick or do both @kzndotsh your thoughts?

@cherryl1k I'd say do auto-kick. down the line, consider auto-ban for accounts below a certain age as an option for mods.
