PID request for a new board configuration

We have a board for which we do not have a VID/PID pair.
We would like to request one from you.

Also this is our initial board configuration (based on an Itsybitsy M4 Express board configuration).

@florin-trutiu I don't see this board in https://circuitpython.org/downloads. It appears not to have been added there. Was this board ever produced? If so, could you add it? If not, should we remove it from circuitpython? Thanks.
